We specialize in three areas:Strategy and Decision Making: We help high-impact organizations and initiatives tackle tough issues, in the areas of strategic, collective decision-making and planning; operations review, design and support; people-focused community assessments; and executive decision-making and coaching.Resource Development: We assist organizations and initiatives in achieving financial sustainability and stewardship through the creation of development strategies; grant writing; project design and implementation, and program evaluation.Coalition Support: We provide coordination and support services to facilitate effective social sector partnerships through strategic guidance and facilitation of public/private partnerships, task forces, coalitions, and collaborations; administrative support and coordination; and communications plans and website development.
