At Action DME, we specialize in orthopedic bracing, specifically, in home delivery of orthopedic bracing. After we receive a doctor's order, we contact the patient within 24 hours and schedule an in-home delivery and fitting. During our visit with the patient, our trained and friendly staff customize and adjust each brace for a proper fit. Our staff will educate the patient on how to care, clean and properly use the brace. When the visit is complete and the patient is fully comfortable with the brace, Action DME will then fax a delivery confirmation back to the provider's office. This confirmation includes date and time of delivery as well as any notes we may have made that can then be placed in the patient's file.
