Our mission is to help the Bay Area shelter community by providing mental health resources and holding workshops, drives, and recreational activities based on each shelter's unique needs. As part of our initiative to destigmatize mental illnesses and assist Bay Area shelters, The Mind Haven runs a mental-health centered blog where we write informational articles about mental illnesses and the effect of current events on mental health.
