Ken Murray founded AAA Building Consultants in 1998 when private building certification began in Queensland. Prior to this Ken has worked on six different councils as a Building Surveyor, over the past 40 years. Ken has several qualifications including BBS, BA, MAIBS as well as acreditation with Queensland Building & Construction Commission (QBCC) at the highest level of Building Certifier Level 1, since its inception in April 1998. He has 18 years of experience cutting through red tape and issuing Building Permits as well as doing prompt, skilled building inspections and issuing Final Building Certificates, Certificates of Classification and Swimming Pool Licences… all over Queensland.In more recent years Ken's son Rob Murray has joined his father, to continue the family business.At AAA Building Consultants we understand time means money and client satisfaction. We make it a priority to process your building permit as quickly and hassle free as possible.Ken's son Rob Murray began with AAA Building Consultants in 2009 as a Cadet Building Surveyor. Prior to this time Rob completed a carpentry apprenticeship and ran his own successful carpentry business.Currently Rob is a qualified Level 2 Building Surveyor, having completed the Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying. He is looking to complete his Bachelor Degree to become a Level 1 Building Certifier.
