It was founded by Harish Parameswar a senior finance professional with over 20+ years of experience in private equity and investment banking in Asia, prior to this Harish was running DBS Groups Private Equity business and its merchant banking subsidiary IB Asia and before that his last investment banking role was as Managing Director of Lazard Asia till 2010. At SBP, we have got on board some senior industry professionals as shareholders/senior advisors, and have been active over the last couple of years in the ASEAN/India market.
