George Moffett started the company in 1961 while still in college, and has been at the wheel driving it to it's success every sense. He has surrounded himself with a group of talent buyers/agents who are second to none in their field.Mr. Moffett has been the recipient of the CMA/SRO Talent Buyer of the year on multiple occassions, The Academy of Country Music's Talent Buyer of the Year in 1993 and 1995. The International Entertainment Buyers Association Talent Buyer of the year on multiple occassions, as well as being inducted into the IEBA Hall of Fame in 2010. He is als a member of the Ohio Fair Managers Hall of Fame being inucted in 2009. He also served on the IEBA Board of Directors for 38 years as well as serving on the CMA Board for 2 years.Bill Magann who has spent nearly 40 years with the company was named the Academy of Country Music's Talent Buyer of the year in 2007.Todd Boltin was the 2009 Interntional Entertainment Buyers, Talent Buyer of the year, as well as the 2009 Academy of Country Music's Talent Buyer of the year, the 2012 International Entertainment Buyers Fair Buyer of the Year.
