Responsible for outside sales (including door-to-door), marketing, building a pipeline of leads, prospects, and customers all maintained through CRM. Sales are conducted face-to-face at their home, place of business, and at pre-arranged mutually agreed upon locations. From start to finish the sale is considered a consultative type sale encompassing many moving parts to create a targeted customer for life. Time management with a special attention to detail is required to run a successful organization. Other responsibilities include meeting with adjusters, scheduling roof installations, supervising projects, and closing projects through final inspection and payment. Administrative duties include creating additional income through supplemental invoices submitted to insurance companies using eXactimate (insurance company software) to negotiate increases in insurance pricing resulting in an additional 10%-25% profit for the company. Other administrative duties include creating invoices and collecting and paying all outstanding invoices from all parties involved. Travel is approximately 50%-60%
