Kenn Kotara is a mixed-media abstract artist producing works on paper, canvas, Mylar, and wood. His unique environmental installations include his suspended screen structures and Braille-based "visual" studies. The suspended screen structures feature multiple panels depicting an abstract image. Each panel consists of opaque linear drawings and/or cutouts, and the configuration changes as the viewer circles the structure. And because the screens are free to move with the breeze, they also provide additional optic and kinetic effects.
