Innovative Structures is a research group devoted to go beyond in the field of new materials and structural typologies for Architecture. It has been active since 2012 in the Polytechnical University of Catalunya with the clear purpose of contributing to the Construction Industry and to the new challenges that faces Architecture.The group carries out research about innovative structural solutions related with building technology. Our goal is to answer the questions of contractors and designers, and at the same time to propose new enhanced solutions to the market. We have the necessary expertise and technical tools to fulfill all these objectives.The offices are located in the Department of Technology in the School of Architecture ETSAB (South Campus of the Polytechnic University of Catalonia), in the Diagonal Avenue of the city of Barcelona.
