Tidal Electrical Services is the premier electrical service and repair provider in the Triangle and surrounding areas. We hear over and over again the concerns of homeowners, property managers and maintenance directors of how trades companies (including electrical) will send a person out to handle a problem only to try and "upsell" the customer something they do not need or want. Some companies have adopted this model of commission pay for the technician and this is unfortunate.
