Transit Operations Our team of former senior transit agency executives can provide expertise in any area of agency operations. This includes, transportation master plan development, grant application development, acquisition planning, financial system management, bus / rail operations, rolling stock maintenance planning, and Zero Emission Bus (ZEB) Implementation Plan development.Oversight Services Capitol GCS has the experienced staff to ensure compliance with the requirements that accompany Federal Transit Agency (FTA) funding.
