NCC was formed in November 2005 to provide equipment financing solutions to businessesthrough direct vendor/dealer and manufacturer programs. Our flexibility and entrepreneurial culture,in concert with a strong customer-service focus, make us an ideal partner for equipment vendorsseeking to grow sales, develop a market, and/or simplify the selling process. In addition to equipmentleases, we are able to provide term loans, equipment finance agreements and rental agreements. Inaddition to our own capital and borrowing arrangements, we have several key lending partners thathelp us manage our portfolio concentrations and credit risk on a non-recourse basis.
