The Brier Group, founded in 2005, is a hospitality management company that currently owns and operates four properties in Manhattan. Our first property, Aspen, opened to great fanfare in Fall 2005. It was with this venture that we honed our concept of combining first-class dining and nightlife in a relaxed, visually stunning environment. Amalia restaurant, with its subterranean nightclub D'Or, followed in early 2007. This property was quickly named one of "25 Hot Nights" out in the world in Conde Naste Traveler's Hot List issue. We took to the sky in summer 2008 with the opening of Highbar, an intimate rooftop lounge that brings a "touch of St. Tropez" to Hell's Kitchen. Just months after the successful introduction of Highbar to the Manhattan nightlife scene, The Brier Group open the doors of Aspen Social Club. As the closest sister venue to the group's first New York property, Aspen Social Club offers a rustic chic get-away tucked into the heart of Times Square, maintaining the culinary quality of the original. Whether you're joining us for an intimate dinner or to dance the night away, at The Brier Group we have one goal—when you walk out the door that you say to yourself, "Hey, that was fun"
