The company was organized initially to do business in real estate investment, development, brokerage and finane. In 1992 the company started to develop into mortgage banking along with a mortgage brokerage business. Special emphasis was placed on short term commercial and equity lending. Total funding for the first year was $150M and expanded rapidly. APG is now one of the most recognized finance companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 1995 Asia Pacific Groups initiated contact to finance internationa investment projects. Rapport and support continues to grow with communities throughout the world with a special focus on the Shaanxi province of China.
