The Wellnurse has been created to help nurses meet and overcome the everyday challenges of their jobs. It's designed to combat the main sources of burnout, which are constant fatigue, lack of fulfillment, and compassion fatigue. The program addresses these burnout factors with training and ongoing monitoring.Our program focuses on mindfulness to enhance resiliency and fulfillment, physical health to reduce fatigue and connection to environment to foster a sense of well-being. The Wellnurse is a two part program. First, we teach proven techniques that improve mindfulness and overall physical health. Once this six week online program is completed, we arm nurses with a powerful and useful app to help them monitor progress and access a plethora of resources to keep them on-track and engaged in their ongoing self-care. We also provide online coaching and onsite kick-off events to create and sustain engagement.
