Our family owned business was established 1986 and has worked hard to bring award-winning expertise to the community. A few of our awards have been "Howard County's Best" 2 years in a row for customer satisfaction & design, as well as receiving the award of excellence in the remodeling division from the Maryland Building Industry Association. The owner of our company, Bob, has seen this small enterprise grow out of his home and into one of the best home remodeling companies in the state! After Bob's home office grew, Starcom opened up the first "official" office and showroom in Columbia. For the first time at Starcom, we have a new office and a new branch that opened in Elkridge, offering brand new services to our Starcom family! From the original full service design/build firm to now offering windows, siding, roofing, gutters, and doors…. We feel as if we can offer a complete line of services to meet all of your home needs.
