Mr. M Syeduzzaman, Former Finance Minister, Govt. of Bangladesh acts Chairman of the Company. In corporate and financial sectors, the Company populated in the name of CRAB. In April 2009, the central Bank, Bangladesh Bank accredited CRAB as an External Credit Assessment Institution (ECAI).
