Our storyThe story started from the housewife ( Mrs Intsar Harb) who cared about the health of her children and wanted to add nutritional value to their daily drink, which is coffeeSo I started experimenting with different materials to add to coffee, and many experiments that unfortunately failed.Then she went on to try making coffee from the date kernel she kept every Ramadan.After several experiments it became a delicious drink and with a satisfactory nutritional value, she distributed the product to relatives, which improved the Ray and impressed the taste, she thought about opening a business based on this basis, and in partnership with the laboratories of the Royal Society (the largest laboratories in Jordan ) conducted tests on more than 4050 types of kernel pass to improve the taste.
