Art can be the ultimate form of workshop and service in society, inspiring, transforming and transcending barriers, uniting people across cultures like nothing else can.IPAF celebrates the great diversity of performing arts in world and gives artists a unique platform to showcase their talent, to explore emotions, to ignite passions, to exhilarate in their cretivitty and promoting national unity and cultural intrgration through the beauty of performing arts.IPAF is an initiative by Shyam Pandey, Social enterpreneur with the aim of socio-cultural integration. International Performing Arts Festival (IPAF) promotes traditional art and culture worldwide to preserve culture and heritage of India. IPAF takes a keen interest in promoting and supporting Divyaang artists, young talents and helping them live life with honour and dignity.IPAF organizes festival annually in every state capital and culturally rich cities of India. IPAF over last three year has organized over 55 festivals in different state capital/culturally rich cities of India providing a significant platform to numerous artists from all across the world. In 2019-20 IPAF plans to organize festivals around the world including Dublin, London, Singapore, Sweden, Moscow and Dubai to promote India's rich culture.IPAF launched 'Dehateet' to promote performing arts among disabled and help them live life with dignity. The first festival was organized in June 2017 in association with Govt. of Madhya Pradesh. Dehateet festivals will take place at Lucknow, Guwahati and Mumbai in this year.
