Hockessin Athletic Club is Delaware's Premier Fitness Facility. Not your average gym, HAC offers over 90 pieces of cardio equipment, free weights, machine weights, and two machine circuits on our main fitness floor, as well as a separate free weight room and guided express workout area. The Health Club also features a 5-pool aquatics complex, including an indoor waterpark, warm water therapy pool, whirlpool, lap pool, and outdoor pool.
