The Vietnam Volunteer Network is an organisation which has a wide range of volunteering opportunities in Vietnam. We also provide aid such as; medical, food supplies, educational books & toys to the children & carers at the orphanages & Peace Villages we support. Apart from the need to help the development of healthy kids at orphanages; there is also a high percentage of children who are afflicted with hydrocephalus, malformations, physical & mental disabilities, which is often attributed to Agent Orange &/or malnutrition. Volunteers with the following skills are urgently required help these children in need:- Doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, nutritionists, dentists and other professionals within the medical profession. People can donate their time & make a difference to help care for the sick, malformed & disabled children, or teach English, art therapy, music, physical education & other skills at orphanages.
