YMS has functioned as a fiscal management agent and processing center for municipal agencies and for-profit companies for the past 32 years. Throughout YMS' history we have excelled in providing greater than expected services with reasonable pricing. YMS' services include providing fiscal management and payment processing for our clients. For example, for one of our clients, YMS has the responsibility of producing 30 thousand checks and direct deposits on a monthly basis. For this client we produce payroll and vendor checks in excess of a half a billion dollars a year. YMS produces, checks, ACH, positive pay files, performs bank reconciliations, all accounting and bookkeeping functions and tax calculations and filing. For another client YMS provides fiscal outsource services where we provide payroll processing for all of the employees, provide accounts payable services, tax filings for employees and vendors and provide all financial reports and reconciliations.
