Design thinking is often synonymous with human-centered design and this is why we use this approach at MyKimisms, LLC. Brand and culture are both very much centered on the human condition. To create a brand and culture centered on the human condition must focus on inclusion at the top of it's strategy. The evolution of diversity has moved to diversity and inclusion (D&I), and now to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). We, at MyKimisms, LLC believes that accessibility is also a key foundation for inclusion. We believe Inclusion = Diversity + Equity + Accessibility (IDEA).
