We recently noticed something about our company: while Frost Recruiting served its purpose when we first started our company years ago, the name never fully described what we do and the white label experience of working with us. We've changed. We're a well-regarded, established firm with local, national and international connections. Frost Recruiting does not convey our experience, our customer service, or our attention to the details. It was decided. We needed a new name.If we were going to change, the name needed to immediately speak to the heart of what we do. We aren't headhunters, too barbaric.
