Established in 2021 after two years of intense research and show development, IEM was founded with a clear directive – to make a difference. Our mission is to combine real entertainment with impact to inspire a generation. With more than 40 original formats in development, we are forging partnerships to produce, co-produce and distribute content with purpose. Our compelling factual and reality shows, documentaries, docuseries and short films use the power of great storytelling to inspire and champion creativity, encourage progress and celebrate diversity and human ingenuity. We work with integrity, honesty, and heart to create shows that entertain and inspire change. Our award-winning team is located between Dubai, New York and London. We chose the UAE as our base to be at the cross-roads of Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Europe.
