With two degrees in Management Information Systems, and several years of experience facilitating agile teams, this millennial couldn't help but notice something was missing from the world of work. Wholeheartedness. My mission is to blend practical teaming techniques (you know... real stuff you can use) with daring leadership skill-building. Success looks like moving work to "done" while engaging in positive and genuine human interactions, everyday.
