This includes residential design/architecture and the building and renovating of traditional, transitional and contemporary style homes in Oakland County. If we are renovating an existing home, our goal is to create a seamless extension in keeping with the architecture of the existing home. Our building, construction and renovation services include kitchens, bathrooms, dens, libraries, custom millwork, additions, windows, siding, brick, stone and masonry work.In addition to designing, building and renovating homes, Sterling Development has a complete roofing division that will replace your existing, or install a new roof system for you. We represent a multitude of manufacturers including Certainteed, Owens Corning, GAF and Tamko just to name a few.
