Association Executive Services has been established as a commercial organisation to support the growing needs of the not for profit sector in Australia. There are over 4000 associations in Australia providing a range services to their members and other stakeholders. Managing an Association requires a different skill set than managing for profit enterprises or government organisations. Association managers and committees must service the needs and expectations of their members, volunteers, committees and the general committee and yet ensure the organisation remains viable and relevant.
