Started by Clients and their PCA for Clients and their PCA's, we support and promote person-centered services. As a non-profit agency, we advocate for the well-being of both clients and PCA's. The mission of People Enhancing People (PEP) is to nurture a rewarding personal care experience to fortify the independence of persons with disabilities.
