Company president, Bill Giannasca, started delivering balloons when he was just 16 years old. While still in high school, he ran a small balloon business out of his basement. Donned in a tuxedo with a bottle of champagne in hand, Bill delivered balloons to customers' doorsteps.During his college years, Bill's interest in the industry continued to grow while he operated and staffed balloon accessory kiosks in malls. In 1988, Bill established Rainbow Balloons in Boston, Massachusetts.
