Her two decades of experience have uniquely prepared her to care for women and babies in the out of hospital setting. She is passionate about education as a means to optimize the health of women and their communities. Lea Spencer, CNM, APRNLea has caught babies in small private birth centers, large public hospitals and provided GYN and reproductive health care for women in community clinics. She is committed to working with clients, as partners, to provide care that is compassionate and evidence-based across the lifespan. Jeanne Renée Racik, CD, LMP, MHCA Renee has supported hundreds of families through labor, birth and the postpartum period over the past two decades. She also holds a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology and is a Licensed Massage Practitioner, both of which deepen her work with birthing families.Deanna Krystine Smith, MAA, DoulaDeanna entered the healthcare field in 2006 to serve families in her community. As a DONA-trained Doula, she is now able to use her passion for pregnancy and birth to provide an advanced level of care to growing families. Her focus is on client education and empowerment throughout the birthing journey.
