All our treatments are collaborative - we are the experts on improving your health, but you are the expert on you.Our clients have a wide array of diagnoses that range from neurological conditions such as Parkinson's disease and dementia, to orthopedic concerns like fractures, joint replacements or degeneration. We treat people with cardiovascular and pulmonary diagnoses such as chronic heart disease and COPD. We also address chronic and acute pain. These conditions all call for very specific treatment plans, and our clients all have their own highly personal goals. A Kind treatment plan honors these very specific goals. Together, we can reduce the risk of falls, improve muscle strength, restore balance, increase endurance, decrease pain, and improve functioning in everyday activities.Because we are Medicare Part B providers, we operate on an outpatient-style treatment plan, which allows for flexibility in frequency and duration of therapy services. We bring your appointments to your home at a time of day that best suits your schedule. Our appointments are always one-on-one.
