Yoga Asanas was created to help cultivate healing for the day to day aches and pains. Inflammation is one of the main sources of our pain, once you eliminate the inflammation, you can feel the source of pain and begin to understand more of what's causing these problems, it could be stress, anxiety, long hours of sitting, money problems, depression, your eating habits, and lack of balance.Yoga Asanas is here to give individual assessments to help you understand your body and how to heal it using Ayurveda (The Science of Self Healing) with Yoga. Your yoga sessions will be individualized according to your dosha, your aliments, and what you need to become and stay balanced, eliminating your pain, and helping strengthen your body inside and out.Yoga Asanas also has a YouTube channel where we post 15 minute dosha balancing yoga sessions, and 30 minute seesions balancing all doshas, Vata, Pitta, Kapha. If you would like to begin in your home, our YouYube channel will be perfect as you begin your journey of self healing. As of now we only have our introduction video up, but soon we will begin adding our dosha balancing yoga sessions.
