Fitness Forum Physical Therapy has served the Central New York community providing outpatient physical therapy services for over 30 years. From the beginning, we have continued to provide patients with access to highly trained clinicians utilizing cutting edge techniques. We eventually expanded to a total of 38 locations with clinics in New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maryland, Delaware, and Florida. By 2012, we decided to directly focus our attention on the community that provided us our foundation over 30 years ago. Currently, Fitness Forum provides high quality care to the Central New York community with locations in Barneveld, Camden, Manlius, New Hartford, and Rome.
