Our unique program is delivered in a practical way which includes useful tools, a take-home workbook and in-session exercises.Our team of experienced psychologists are extensively trained in the CBT program and take a structured approach to delivering CBT, so you are assured of receiving a program that works. However, our team are also flexible enough to tailor your sessions to your own individual needs.We measure your progress and keep you, and your doctor, informed of your progress. This way you stay motivated and have proof of efficacy of treatment.We also work closely with doctors, specialists and allied health professionals so that your best interests are served. However, we are confidential at all times and will only communicate with other professionals after obtaining written permission from you.
