Heart & Sole Stirling is a mobile Holistic Healing Therapy Company; relax in the comfort of your own home.I started up Heart & Sole because at some point in life, we all experience different emotions that impact on our daily lives; sadness, stress, nervousness, anxiety and also physical aches and pains. Working in recruitment for 22 years, I have seen first-hand the effect work related stress can do to an individual's personality and behaviour. Through my experiences along the way I realised how good our own bodies and mind can be if we apply the right therapy for ourselves as individuals.After so many years in a fast working environment, seeing stress, anxiety first hand. I decided I wanted to change my mindset along with supporting others. This is when I then completed a course in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, NLP and Hypnotherapy. Gaining diplomas in CBT, bereavement counselling and child behavioural therapy. After completing the courses I realised we can all change our mindset and achieve what we want in life but with the right mindset. This also then lead me into completing diplomas in holistic therapies as Mind, body and soul go together we must treat the physical body, our mind and ultimately our soul.
