The first A-1 Bakery was established in 1948 in Osaka, Japan with the mission to promote "Natural, Healthy, Grade A and No.1" culture. A-1 Bakery has been in Hong Kong since 1985 supported thanks to our customers, partners, community, employees and their families for more than 30 years. In Hong Kong today, we are operating around 60 bakery outlets.We are committed to enrich the quality of life through A-Grade products and services. In 2015, our factory attained the HACCP certificate demonstrating our commitment to food safety.
