The African American Leadership Forum Minneapolis-St. Paul is a cross sector network of leaders, institutions, allies and systems that come together and champion solutions to improve the lives and experience of African Americans in Minnesota.AALF addresses inequities in public safety, housing, education, employment and healthcare. Through a collaborative structure, Black Centered Design, we engage Black Minnesotans, fostering their concerns into the organizational steps we take to improve lives and revitalize communities.We build the leaders of tomorrow, promote programs that connect African Americans, and energize groups to share ideas. We've mastered the process of activating people to take a greater partnership stake in the social, economic and political landscapes that impact their daily lives.
