Our aim is to help to increase the turnover of the Reitan group's trade concepts by developing existing and new shop properties. This takes place through regional property companies in which Reitan Eiendom AS has various ownership stakes. These companies have a geographical distribution that mostly is in line with the regional organisation of Rema 1000. In 2006, Reitan Eiendom participated in establishing a company called NHP AS. This objective of this company is to develop business parks, at which Rema will be one of the main tenants. Reitan Eiendom also has ownership interests in other property ventures. The group's property business in the centre of Trondheim is run by the sub-group E. C. Dahls Eiendom AS. Please see their web site for further information at www.ecde.no.
