WeCare@MarineParade is a community enabling network to help vulnerable residents in Marine Parade through community action and partnerships. We try to turn their vulnerabilities into strengths, with support from volunteers and organisations in the community. To realise this, WeCare@MarineParade leads in three areas. Firstly, it integrates the last-mile delivery of social, healthcare and municipal services around vulnerable individuals and families. Secondly, it grows relationships between residents, volunteers and organisations so that the needs of the vulnerable are proactively identified and addressed. Thirdly, it pioneers community solutions that enable these individuals to overcome their vulnerabilities and lead fulfilling lives.
