Conceptualised by husband and wife team (Sahil Taneja and Swati Upadhyay), Conçu is a cake boutique that specializes in bespoke celebration cakes tailored to the taste and specifications of the client. ‘Conçu' – a French word that translates as crafted or designed aptly describes Sahil's cakes that are designed with much creativity and precision. Every product is crafted with elegance and perfection to produce a luxurious dessert that combines subtle flavours and myriad textures. The chef's love for fine European pastry is reflected in his creations- many of these are traditional classics with modern interpretations.
