Shoes 4 the Shoeless is a Dayton, Ohio non-profit organization that provides new, properly fitting gym shoes and socks to local children in need. Vision: We will relentlessly pursue our goal that no child endures the unnecessary physical and emotional distress that accompanies wearing socks/shoes that are grossly inadequate. We will strive to become a valued organization in our community, known for our faith-in-action. Partnering with Us: We'll take any sort of partnership you're willing to offer. Donations, volunteering, a shoe drive at your local school or church. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Kris at kris@shoes4theshoeless.org. You can donate one of two ways: By Mail: PO Box 41655 Dayton, OH 45441 Online: Visit our website, www.shoes4theshoeless.org, to donate online. Tax Information: Shoes 4 the Shoeless is recognized as a 501(c)3 non-profit by the IRS. We send receipts for all donations for tax-deduction purposes. Faith-Based: Shoes 4 the Shoeless is a faith-based non-profit. What does this mean? It means we do what we do because we believe we're called to love the poor. We include a Christian New Testament in every box of shoes we deliver. The Bibles are a bonus and are not an attempt to proselytize, they're merely our way of sharing hope with all we encounter. We're happy to answer any questions you may have about this! Follow our journey on Facebook: www.facebook.com/shoes4theshoeless and on Twitter: @shoes4shoeless
