The General Building Contractors Association (GBCA) is the most recognized liaison between management and labor. Its influence spans 19 counties throughout PA, DE and MD and affect the lives of thousand of trades people. It holds trusteeships on 15 Health, Welfare, Pension, Vacation and Apprenticeship Funds.Construction related classes are available tuition-free to employees of GBCA members and IAP (Industry Advancement Program) contributors.
