Overseeing the maintance of each property and building relationships with each tenant in having hands on what happens on these premises. This is a two fold operation, bringing quality care of managing the properties and bring quality tenants to rent the property. We have been operating in these strengths for years, long before there was a dollar attached to the responsibilities of other.
