The Medicine Hat Exhibition & Stampede Company is a non-profit volunteer base organization dedicated to preserving the western heritage and culture of our forefathers. It prides itself in serving the City of Medicine Hat and area by hosting a variety of events like the Spring Indoor rodeo, Farmer's Markets, World Professional Chuck wagon Races to the city's premier festival; The Annual Exhibition & Stampede. We are also the hosts and providers of several large and small community facilities hosting a variety of event and services for the local residents, business patrons and industry leaders. "A Tradition since 1887…a Legacy for the Future" is our vision and through over 500 volunteers, a dedicated staff and responsible management, we promote urban and rural ties in southeastern Alberta. The annual 4-day exhibition and rodeo held each July attracts over 40,000 visitors from all over Alberta and Saskatchewan to attend the annual parade, stage shows, midway, concerts, agriculture displays and exhibitions.
