Upon completion of construction, partner families pay an affordable mortgage. Our model is made possible by sponsors, individual donors, volunteers, and ReStore shoppers. Proceeds from our ten ReStore locations (Apex, Brier Creek, Cary, Clayton, Durham-Chapel Hill, Fuquay Varina, Glenwood Avenue, Hillsborough, Raleigh Boulevard in Raleigh, and Wake Forest) benefit Habitat Wake's mission.
