Boise Contemporary Theater is a professional theater company located in the heart of Boise's Cultural District in Boise, Idaho that hires equity and non-equity actors. Our Mainstage season runs October through May. We host a number of other stage shows to compliment our Mainstage season such as the 5X5 Reading Series, 5X5 WEST, Children's Reading Series and our Music Series. Our education program, BCT Theater Lab, is well known throughout Boise for our dedication to arts education and outreach for Idaho's youth, with scholarship programs available.The mission of Boise Contemporary Theater is to create theater that invites all of us to imagine something new.
