Currently Kumar Builders is managed by Mr. Lalitkumar Jain, Chairman and Manging Director, Kumar Urban Development Limited and President of Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations (CREDAI). The company was incorporated in 1993 and accordingly restructured the entities of the group in 2006.
