It is a venture of a team comprised of several experienced and enthusiastic IT professionals who want to break the prevalent "software project culture" based on rent a team model. These two things together constitute what is commonly known as Enterprise Business Application framework or ERP. Keeping in view the scarcity of resources of team this goal seems tough to achieve so it was decided by team to move incrementally.
