You can work either one-on-one with your trainer, add a partner or join a small group of 4-8. Personal Training is a partnership between you and us. During your initial consultation, we listen to your goals, identify things that have hindered your progress in the past, and develop a personalized program for you. Your program may include a range of training methods, including weight lifting, cardiovascular conditioning, kettle bells, Pilates, and Yoga (to name a few). Kids Programs From birth to age 5, a child's brain develops more, and more rapidly, than at any other time in life. The experiences available to them during this time have endless positive impacts on their development. Our team of experienced and expert teachers create developmentally appropriate programming using music, movement, and art exploration to ensure that your children feel safe and nurtured while they grow - and you can feel secure leaving them in our hands to give them the best opportunities possible while you provide for your family.
